- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls for a leading banking process
- Address customer inquiries, provide timely resolutions, and maintain service quality
- Ensure adherence to banking protocols, compliance guidelines, and confidentiality standards
- Deliver a professional customer experience across all touchpoints
