Job Title : Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience : 2-4 Years | Location : Hyderabad | Type : Full-time

Job Responsibilities :

Market OPT, CPT, H1B, H4EAD, L2EAD, GC & USC consultants to clients and vendors.

Share daily hotlists and coordinate interviews / submissions.

Build and maintain strong vendor & client relationships.

Negotiate rates and achieve successful consultant placements.

Work on job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).

Requirements :

1–2 years of US IT staffing / bench sales experience.

Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).

Excellent communication, networking & negotiation skills.

Flexible to work in US time zones.
