We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in marketing IT consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, CPT, EAD) and must have a proven track record of placing candidates on various technologies across implementation partners, direct clients, and prime vendors.
Key Responsibilities :
Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, EAD) to new and existing clients and vendors for Full-time and C2C roles.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and clients.
Identify requirements through job boards, networking, and personal relationships.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with vendors / clients for feedback.
Negotiate rates and ensure timely placement of consultants.
Maintain an active pipeline of consultants on the bench and submit them regularly.
Update internal systems and documentation to reflect submission and placement status.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of proven Bench Sales experience in US IT staffing.
Proven track record of working with full-time / direct clients and delivering quality hires.
Strong knowledge of US employment types and visa classifications.
Experience working with various job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
