Job Title : Delivery Champion / Client Partner

Job Summary : As a Delivery Champion / Client Partner at Marlabs, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional software services, and driving business growth. You will act as the strategic liaison between the client and our internal teams, delivering value through collaboration, innovation, and excellence in service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Relationship Management :
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, establishing trust and rapport.
• Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
• Business Development :
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for new client acquisition.
• Strategic Planning :
• Develop and implement account strategies that align with clients’ goals and objectives.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and innovation within clients’ current projects.
• Project Oversight :
• Oversee the delivery of software projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to facilitate successful implementation.
• Communication & Reporting :
• Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and performance metrics.
• Gather client feedback and address any concerns to enhance satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration :
• Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product Development, Marketing, etc.) to ensure a holistic approach to client service.
• Participate in internal meetings to relay client insights and advocate for client needs.
• Performance Analysis :
• Monitor the performance and success of client engagements, analyzing results and implementing improvements.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Market and Industry Knowledge :
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Use insights to advise clients on best practices and potential opportunities.

Qualifications :

MBA is a plus.
