We are seeking a Technically savvy Delivery Director for the Media and Telecom Business unit to lead global delivery teams for our Enterprise customers. This role needs strong technical competency and a passion to lead Engineering teams from the front to create customer delight.
Key Responsibilities :
Delivery & Thought Leadership :
- Lead large programs across Digital product development, and Digital Transformation successfully.
- Lead the design and execution of technical and business strategies for large-scale, complex projects.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with operational and strategic client stakeholders (CxOs, VPs).
- Partner with various internal teams - client partner organisation, BD, practices to create organisation success
- Drive ideal business outcomes - exceeding customer satisfaction, meeting revenue targets while maintaining margin targets.
- Stay ahead of industry and technology trends and influence clients help them adopt to achieve their business goals
Handling Pursuits :
Lead pursuits and technical discovery sessions in order to gather business requirements, understand the scope of work and come up with estimationsWork on RFP's, Demos, POC's with the team of experts and present it to client stakeholders as part of - pre-sales
Team Leadership :
Grow, mentor, and develop a global, distributed delivery team to meet evolving client and business needs.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.Drive talent acquisition, retention, and development aligned with client and business requirements.Continuous Process Improvement :
Proactively monitor, document, and resolve portfolio, program and project risks and issues while escalating as needed.Qualifications And Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Requirements :
15+ years of experience leading Engineering teams in a services organization.10+ years of experience in leading technology teams in Media and Telco vertical.Led Digital Transformation engagements and handled end-to-end delivery not limited to MarTech (AJO / Marketo / SFMC, AEP, Analytics), CRM (Salesforce / Dynamics), CMS (AEM). Experience in handling AEM and AEM cloud migration delivery projects is mandatory.Experience in full-cycle software delivery as a developer in CRM, MarTech, CMS and other technologies including React, Node, Python.Experience with building Agentic AI applications using LLMs, RAG, AI orchestration frameworks using LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, CrewAI etc and productivity improvements using AI tools like Cursor, Copilot etc.Breadth and Depth of technology experience and the ability to quickly understand new technologies.Experience and expertise on solution architecture, microservices applications, and building applications on the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).Expertise on DevOps practices and release processesProven ability to design and lead technical solutions and architectureExperience managing global teams - with a proven ability to work effectively across remote teams in different geographic locationsExcellent communicator with all levels of leadership, management, and staff to achieve desired outcomes and build strong alliances and relationshipsExcellent listener with a passion for solving problemsExpertise in estimating, planning, and staffing work for transformative multi-year programsAbility to work under deadlines and manage multiple prioritiesDesired Skills and Experience :
