Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales growth in the US market. The ideal candidate will have an excellent record in sales, strong communication skills, and an excellent understanding of US market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and explore new business prospects in the US market via prospecting, networking, and referrals via cold calling and emails.
  • Establish and maintain strong connections with key clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand client demands, trends, and the environment for competitors
  • Create and deliver outstanding sales presentations and proposals specific to the US market.
  • Track and report on sales performance, market trends.

  • Comfortable making calls and talking to new people all-day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with clients
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales and clients
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
  • In-depth understanding of company services and their position in the industry
  • Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in CRM software and Google suite.
  • Qualifications :

  • Graduation or Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Preferred : - Business, Marketing, or a related field).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within Logistic.
  • Strong understanding of the US market and customer behaviour.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
