Job description1-3 years in game design (hybrid casual, puzzle preferred) Strong ideation & conceptualization skills Passion for addictive, fun, player-first experiences Problem-solving creativity + team collaboration Unity knowledge (plus), puzzle design experience (big plus), color theory eye (bonus)

We’re looking for a Game Designer to help shape the future of hybrid casual & puzzle games.
What You’ll Do
- Conceptualize and design original game ideas that can become global hits
- Develop engaging mechanics & levels for hybrid casual / hypercasual audiences
- Collaborate with artists & developers to craft seamless gameplay
- Balance game economies to drive fun & monetization
- Strategize creative ads & marketable hooks
- Stay ahead of industry trends & refine designs based on player feedback
