At Tapnplay Studio , we craft fun, globally loved mobile games in the hybrid casual, puzzle, and midcore genres. With 50M+ downloads and three chart-topping titles in just 3 years, we’re on a mission to redefine mobile gaming for millions worldwide.

We’re looking for a Game Designer to help shape the future of hybrid casual & puzzle games.

What You’ll Do

Conceptualize and design original game ideas that can become global hits
Develop engaging mechanics & levels for hybrid casual / hypercasual audiences
Collaborate with artists & developers to craft seamless gameplay
Balance game economies to drive fun & monetization
Strategize creative ads & marketable hooks
Stay ahead of industry trends & refine designs based on player feedback

What We’re Looking For

1-3 years in game design (hybrid casual, puzzle preferred)

Strong ideation & conceptualization skills

Passion for addictive, fun, player-first experiences

Problem-solving creativity + team collaboration

Unity knowledge (plus), puzzle design experience (big plus), color theory eye (bonus)
