PlaySimple Games - Game Designer - Unreal Engine

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, balance, and analyze new and existing game features to enhance player engagement.
• Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, artists, and engineers to create seamless gaming experiences.
• Communicate design concepts clearly and effectively to key stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive game design documentation.
• Organize and conduct playtests, gather player feedback, and iterate on feature prototypes Skills Required :
• Proficiency with game design tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or other relevant platforms.
• Experience with data analytics tools to track player behavior and game metrics (e.g., Google Analytics, GameAnalytics, Tableau).
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python to prototype gameplay mechanics.
• Knowledge of UX / UI principles specific to gaming interfaces.
• Understanding of A / B testing and live game tuning techniques.
• Experience with version control systems like Git for managing game assets and code.
