Job descriptionSales Management : Achieving disbursement targets in numbers, volumes & productivity. Profitability Management : Maintaining & optimizing profitability for the branch through managing costs and building a superior quality portfolio. Delinquency Management : Ensuring zero delinquencies for the branch by timely and effective collections. 5-7 years of relevant experience in LAP, mortgage, or SME lending. Demonstrated experience in team management and branch operations. Strong understanding of credit, collections, and risk assessment processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills Notice Period : Candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less preferred. Remuneration : Competitive, based on market standards
Role Overview :
- We are looking for individuals with 5-7 years of experience in LAP / Mortgage / SME loans, with a proven track record in team management.
- The role involves managing secured school loans and cross-selling educational products (unsecured).
