Job descriptionOperational Management : Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures. Sales & Business Growth : Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and business growth objectives. Team Leadership : Recruit, train, mentor, and manage branch staff, promoting teamwork and high performance. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Financial Management : Monitor branch budgets, expenses, and profitability; ensure proper cash handling and reconciliation. Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal controls; manage risk and maintain audit readiness. Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales activities, and operational issues to senior management. Problem Resolution : Address and resolve customer complaints, operational issues, and staff concerns promptly and effectively. Market Analysis : Analyze local market conditions and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats for the Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience 3+ in branch management or similar leadership roles. Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and customer service in the relevant industry. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
