Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Accounts Manager
to lead and manage accounting operations . This role requires overseeing financial reporting, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining the General Ledger (GL), and liaising with government authorities and auditors.
Key Responsibilities :
1.
Accounting & Financial Management :
o Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
o Ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
o Prepare and review financial statements, trial balances, P&L statements, and balance sheets.

Audit Coordination :
o Liaise with internal and external auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits.
o Prepare audit schedules and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
o Implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
3.
Banking Operations :
o Manage relationships with banks for account operations, loans, credit facilities, and treasury management.
o Oversee bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
o Coordinate for fund transfers, cash management, and other banking activities.
4. Financial Reporting :
o Prepare Annual operating plans and analyze monthly management reports
o Prepare budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to evaluate company performance
o Ensure timely submission of financial reports to management and stake holders
5.
Statutory Compliance :
o Ensure timely filing of statutory returns such as GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory filings.
o Coordinate with regulatory bodies (e.g., Income Tax Dept., GST Dept., Company Law authorities) for inspections, queries, and compliance matters.
o Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and implement necessary changes.

Team & Process Management :
o Supervise and guide the accounting team to ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial operations.
o Develop and enforce robust accounting processes and internal controls.
o Provide regular financial insights and reports to management for decision-making.
Qualifications and Key Skills :
CA / MBA / Semi Qualified with Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting / finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho) and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaison with external agencies
Strong leadership and team management skills.
