Finance Executive

CTC (Yearly) :  Upto  ₹450,000

Work Arrangement :   Work from Office

Office Location :   Tidel Park, Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate books of accounts (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable).
• Manage end-to-end vendor billing, employee reimbursements, and customer invoicing and payment follow-up.
• Review contracts, purchase orders, and agreements from a financial perspective.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks for financial operations.
• Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
• Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts.
• Prepare and manage audit schedules, supporting documents, and liaison with statutory / internal auditors.
• Ensure GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Income Tax filings are done on time.
• Maintain compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, and other statutory requirements.
• Process monthly payroll in coordination with HR Team.
• Assist management in cash flow projections and working capital planning.
