Job description

Financial Systems & Controls :

Develop and implement financial systems and controls aligned with group accounting policies.

Manage financial risks by implementing effective internal controls, financial policies, and risk mitigation strategies.

Financial Planning & Analysis :

Lead the annual budgeting process.

Regularly monitor financial performance against the budget.

Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

Provide forecasting and financial analysis to support decision-making.

Financial Reporting & Compliance :

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the head office and other reporting entities.

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.

Treasury Management :

Oversee cash flow and liquidity management.

Manage the organization's investments, working capital, and debt, optimizing returns and minimizing financial risks.

Accounting Operations :

Oversee accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Administrative Management :

Manage the administrative part of the organization, including knowledge of local laws, taxes, employee-related laws, and compliance requirements.

Stakeholder Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including distributors, stockiest, suppliers, banks, and auditors.

Bachelors Degree in Finance is MUST
Minimum 8 Years of experience in financial management in an engineering company required
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Experience in developing and implementing financial systems and controls.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and tax laws.
Experience in managing a team and overseeing accounting operations.
Understanding of local laws and compliance requirements related to administration and HR.
Available to join within 1 month
person should be stationed in Coimbatore-Tamil Nadu
