Tune Clinical Aesthetics – Coimbatore Location : Coimbatore (with regular travel to our Chennai clinic) Experience : 1 to 3 years Qualification : MBA with specialization in HR & Finance About Tune Clinical Aesthetics Tune Clinical Aesthetics is a fast-growing healthcare and aesthetics brand committed to delivering high-quality dermatology and cosmetic treatments. We are expanding our operations and looking for a dynamic HR & Finance Executive to join our Coimbatore team. Key Responsibilities Human Resources : Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management Support HR policies, performance reviews, and payroll coordination Assist in employee engagement and HR compliance activities Finance : Support daily accounting activities (billing, payments, vendor management) Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and MIS preparation Coordinate with auditors and finance teams as required Manage administrative operations of the clinic Requirements MBA with HR & Finance specialization (mandatory) 1–3 years of experience in HR and / or finance roles Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting Willingness to travel to our Chennai clinic as needed Interested candidates can send their resume to hr@tuneaesthetics.com or hr@vtail.in
