Job descriptionMaster's or bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent degree. 2–3 years of strong experience in accounts, finance, and compliance. Good knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Direct & Indirect Taxes, and Corporate Finance. Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot), ERP (Tally / SAP / QuickBooks / Zoho Books) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Ability to work independently with attention to detail and deadlines.

Office Location : Tidel Park, Coimbatore
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate books of accounts (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable).
- Manage end-to-end vendor billing, employee reimbursements, and customer invoicing and payment follow-up.
- Review contracts, purchase orders, and agreements from a financial perspective.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks for financial operations.
- Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
- Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts.
- Prepare and manage audit schedules, supporting documents, and liaison with statutory / internal auditors.
- Ensure GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Income Tax filings are done on time.
- Maintain compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, and other statutory requirements.
- Process monthly payroll in coordination with HR Team.
- Assist management in cash flow projections and working capital planning.
