Role Overview

The Cluster Manager – Admissions & Outreach will be responsible for driving student admissions and managing outreach activities within assigned regions. The role involves leading a team of counselors, executing outreach strategies, building partnerships with schools / colleges, and ensuring admissions targets are met. The ideal candidate will bring strong people management, networking, and communication skills with a proven track record in higher education admissions and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions Management :

• Achieve admissions and enrollment targets for allocated programs and regions.
• Supervise and support a team of admission counselors in handling inquiries, counseling students, and ensuring application-to-enrollment conversions.
• Monitor and report on admissions performance using data-driven insights.
