Role Overview :
We are looking for a University Partnerships Manager who will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with B.Tech colleges across India. The role will focus on enabling Intellipaat to collaborate with engineering colleges and introduce our industry-oriented courses to students pursuing B.Tech programs. The candidate will work closely with academic institutions, internal sales, and marketing teams to drive student enrollments through these partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
College Partnerships & Outreach
- Identify, connect, and build relationships with B.Tech colleges, universities, and academic decision-makers (principals, directors, HODs, placement officers).
- Drive collaboration agreements with institutions for integrating Intellipaat’s learning solutions.
- Represent Intellipaat in academic forums, college visits, and partnership meetings.
Sales & Enrollment Enablement
Drive course adoption among college students by showcasing the value of Intellipaat’s programs.Collaborate with internal sales teams to support student lead generation and conversion through college tie-ups.Achieve enrollment and revenue targets through effective partnership execution.Relationship & Account Management
Act as the primary relationship manager for partnered colleges.Ensure smooth coordination of sessions, seminars, workshops, and other engagement activities on campus.Build long-term relationships with colleges to expand partnerships year-on-year.Marketing & Branding Collaboration
Coordinate with the marketing team to execute college-level branding, awareness, and engagement campaigns.Organize webinars, guest lectures, and career guidance sessions in collaboration with academic partners.Strategy & Reporting
Maintain a pipeline of active partnerships and report progress to senior leadership.Track, analyze, and share insights on partnership performance, student engagement, and ROI.Provide feedback to product and academic teams to align course offerings with student and college needs.Desired Skills & Qualifications :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).4–7 years of experience in university / college partnerships, B2B / B2C sales, or institutional alliances in EdTech, higher education, or training domain.Strong network and relationships within domestic B.Tech / Engineering colleges is an advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to travel extensively to meet colleges and drive partnerships.Target-driven mindset with strong execution capability.What We Offer
