Assistant Manager - Technical Services

Job description

• Responsible for the management and supervision of assigned customer lines.
• Provide product and process expertise for PT / ED and / or TC
• Guide and review the work of Technical Service Officers.
• Ensures internal process adherence at the customers line.
• Supervises the efforts of TSOs towards resolution of products and process issues.
• Assumes ownership of complex Technical issues at the customers site while displaying product / process expertise.
• Identifies technical training needs of TSO and provides OJTS.
• Collates from TSOs and prepares analysis of customer paint shop performance w.r.t. PAP
• Provides feedback to the marketing team on competitor activities and supply issues.
• Operationalizes processes of database generation and information management.
• Identifies areas of improvements and modifications in the customers PAP together with RTSM.
• Imparts training to customers paint shop personnel.
• Develops and builds relationship with the customer user depart
