Dalmia Cement Bharat Ltd is looking forAdvisor - Technical Services to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

The Technical Services Advisor plays a pivotal role in providing expert guidance and support to clients, ensuring the successful implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical solutions
This position requires a combination of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset

Key Responsibilities :

Client Consultation : Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and goals

Provide consultative guidance on the selection and deployment of appropriate technical solutions

Implementation and Deployment : Lead the implementation and deployment of technical solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices

Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions based on client needs

Technical Support : Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing technical inquiries and providing timely support

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating as needed to ensure prompt resolution

Training and Knowledge Transfer : Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure effective utilization of technical solutions

Facilitate knowledge transfer to client teams for self-sufficiency

Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions

Develop user guides and troubleshooting resources for clients

Quality Assurance : Perform regular system audits to ensure compliance with established standards

Identify opportunities for system optimization and improvement

Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support, to address client needs effectively

Stay Current with Technology : Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

Provide recommendations for enhancing existing solutions based on technological advancements

Education

UG : Any Graduate

PG : Any Postgraduate
