About the Role :
We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our international performance marketing efforts across global markets. This role is critical to driving ROI-focused customer acquisition across digital channels and aligning closely with content, creative, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and execute performance marketing strategies across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook & programmatic platforms
- Drive growth through A / B testing, landing page optimization & funnel analysis
- Own campaign performance and continuously optimize for CAC, ROAS, and conversions
- Work closely with global teams and agencies to drive high-impact execution
- Leverage data and analytics for decision-making and reporting
- Collaborate across SEO, ABM, and CRM efforts (Salesforce, HubSpot)
