Job descriptionTeam Leadership : Lead, motivate, and support a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Performance Development : Engage team members through coaching, training, and performance management to enhance skills and professional growth. Service Delivery Oversight : Oversee all aspects of the Payroll function and HR Solutions Centre in APAC, ensuring outstanding performance across HR service areas. Process Improvement : Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve customer service using insights and best practices. Metrics and Insights : Monitor team performance metrics (e.g., payroll accuracy, SLAs, resolution speed, and feedback) and use data trends to inform leadership decisions. Stakeholder Collaboration : Serve as the primary escalation point, ensuring effective communication across HR functions and stakeholders. Program and Strategy Implementation : Lead the rollout and adoption of core Cencora people programs, payroll strategies, and new Time and Attendance solutions across the region. Innovation and Technology : Drive initiatives to optimize service delivery and improve the employee experience through technology and process advancements.
