Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Resort Marketing Head. The responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing plans, managing the overall marketing strategy, conducting market research to understand trends and target audience preferences, fostering public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation, and actively supporting sales strategies to maximize revenue. The role also involves close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management to design and oversee successful marketing campaigns
• Strong Market Research skills to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and understand competitor strategies
• Experience in Public Relations to manage brand reputation and engage with relevant media and public stakeholders effectively
• Proven Sales and business development skills to support revenue-generation strategies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities to work efficiently in a team and in a remote capacity
• Knowledge of the hospitality or resort industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
