Digikore Studios is a listed, global VFX & media-tech company. We’re scaling fast across India, North America and Europe—and we’re looking for a hands-on Senior Manager–HR to own the HR function (except Talent Acquisition), build great employee experiences, and keep us fully compliant as we grow.

What you’ll own

• HR Ops & HRMS : Attendance / leave, HRIS hygiene, documentation, letters, exits & clearances; drive process SLAs and automation.
• Payroll & Compliance : Monthly payroll accuracy; PF / ESI / PT / LWF / TDS filings; audits; DPDP Act & POSH adherence.
• Employee Relations & Engagement : Grievance resolution, communication rhythms, wellness, culture / DEI, events, and surveys to lift eNPS.
• Policy & Governance : Update / implement HR policies and SOPs aligned to project-based operations; audit readiness.
• Performance & Development : Run appraisal cycles, goal-setting, 360° feedback, training calendars and manager capability building.
• Workforce Planning & C&B : Partner with business on manpower plans, org structures, headcount budgeting; benchmark bands / benefits.
