Job descriptionPerform API testing and validation during integration phases to ensure technical accuracy and Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies – Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Monitor progress against timelines, manage dependencies, and proactively identify risks and mitigation steps. Collaborate with clients for requirement sign-offs, demos, and UAT validations. Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and quality assurance standards across all projects. Support QA teams during testing by clarifying business logic and acceptance criteria. 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or similar roles. Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Proven ability in project management, sprint planning, and multi-team handling. Hands-on experience with wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, or similar). Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger. Strong technical understanding of APIs, data flow, and system integrations. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office / Google Workspace, and project Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Agile / Scrum certification (CSM, PSPO, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Position Overview :
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in project management, sprint planning, and multi-team coordination. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both business and technical domains, with hands-on experience in wireframing, API testing, and a deep knowledge of SDLC and Agile / Scrum processes. The role demands leadership, clear communication, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for multiple projects.
- Manage and mentor junior BAs, coordinating with development, QA, and design teams.
- Conduct project planning, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release tracking activities.
- Prepare and maintain detailed BRD, FRD, user stories, process flow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and functional flow diagrams to support UI / UX design and
stakeholder understanding.
