Overview
We are seeking a results-driven business analyst to champion our digital transformation initiatives and support business and data analysis, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. This pivotal role requires an individual who can not only perform deep data analysis but also lead process mapping, requirements gathering, and strategic solution design across key business domains (e.G., Sales, Logistics, Customer Experience, Service Assurance, Service Delivery cutting across both BSS and OSS ). You will serve as the essential link between executive strategy and the development team.

Responsibilities
- Requirements Management : Own the full lifecycle of requirements, from high-level strategic concepts to detailed user stories, acceptance criteria (AC), and functional specifications, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategy.
- Process Mapping & Optimization : Lead deep-dive process mapping (e.G., using techniques like time studies and value stream mapping) for complex business areas like Outbound Logistics and Sales / Order Management. Identify critical gaps and propose digitalization and servitization solutions that deliver quantifiable capacity or efficiency gains.
- System Solution Design : Act as the functional subject matter expert (SME) to design and configure solutions within key platforms (e.G., ServiceNow, Power App), defining technical requirements for development teams.
- Agile Leadership : As a Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), facilitate requirements sessions, lead backlog refinement, and ensure all user stories meet the Definition of Done (DoD) and are ready for development.
- Strategic Validation : Apply statistical rigor (e.G., A / B testing, statistical significance) to validate the business impact of new feature rollouts and strategic changes, ensuring no significant degradation to key Customer Experience (CX) metrics before wide deployment.
- Qualitative & Quantitative Insight : Perform text analytics, sentiment modeling, and anomaly detection on unstructured data (e.G., survey comments, customer verbatims) to categorize feedback into actionable themes and identify root causes for process anomalies, reporting deviations in business-critical KPIs.
- Data Integrity & Metrics : Collaborate with Data Engineering to identify and rectify data discrepancies at the collection stage, enhancing overall data integrity for strategic reporting.
- Executive Reporting : Transform complex analyses and project statuses into clear, compelling executive-level presentations and Power BI dashboards for senior stakeholders, articulating the story behind the data and solution design.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Effectively manage expectations and communication with diverse stakeholders, from operational teams (Logistics, Customer Support) to C-suite executives, ensuring project alignment and buy-in for transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
Experience : 4+ years of progressive experience in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Process Consultant role, with a strong focus on strategy and digital transformation.Process & Requirements Mastery : Expert ability in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and drafting detailed functional specifications (User Stories, ACs).Analytical Foundation : Proven capability to perform deep data analysis using SQL and Python for text analysis, statistical modeling, and root cause analysis.Tool Proficiency : High proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and Excel for modeling and analysis. Experience with large datasets and platforms like Azure Databricks is a plus.Methodology : Active certification as a Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) or equivalent, with practical experience leading Agile teams or ceremonies.Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proven experience developing and delivering executive-level presentations.
