Job descriptionStrong analog design : precision amplifiers, sensors (thermocouple, RTD), ADC / DACs. Power electronics : LDOs, switching regulators, HV circuits, AC-DC converters. Communication interfaces : SPI, I2C, LVDS, USB, Ethernet. Experience with ARM processors, FPGA / CPLD. Proficient with PCBA processes, component lifecycle, RoHS / REACH compliance. Hands-on with tools like Altium, OrCAD, Mentor Graphics. Skilled in using DSO, logic / spectrum analyzers, EMI / EMC simulators. Ability to perform part substitution and alternate design analysis for cost reduction.
Sr. Hardware Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new hardware products and enhance existing designs through re-design and value engineering (VAVE).
- Identify cost-out opportunities without compromising quality.
- Design and develop schematics for digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics circuits.
- Lead PCBA prototyping, board bring-up, testing, and debugging.
- Prepare detailed design documents, validation plans, and test cases.
- Support design for test (DFT) and design for manufacturing (DFM) strategies.
- Provide detailed requirements for PCBA functional testing.
What We’re Looking For
Education : BE / BTech or ME / MTech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related fields.
