Recruitment Specialist

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within IT services, software development, or tech consulting.

Location

Hyderabad (Contract to hire) 5 days office

Required Skills

Strong understanding of technical roles : Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Analysts, Cloud Architects, QA Engineers, and AI / ML Developers.

Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, or custom systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with remote hiring and global talent acquisition is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum.
