Event Organization
Plan and execute high-impact B2B events, conferences, and webinars for the healthcare sector.Ensure all events are profitable, content-rich, and offer clear value to participants and sponsors.Editorial Collaboration
Collaborate with the editorial team to shape annual content strategy and editorial calendar.Provide insights based on market trends and advertiser interests to inform content planning.Digital Initiatives
Lead digital monetization strategies, including website advertising and sponsored content.Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.Innovate new digital products and campaigns to drive growth and engagement.Branding and Networking
Position the magazine as a thought leader in the B2B healthcare media space.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders : hospital chains, pharma companies, healthcare service providers, and industry associations.Represent the brand at national and international forums and events.Requirements
7+ years of experience in media, advertising, events, or healthcare-related sectors.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred .Proven track record in ad sales, event management, and digital marketing .Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning capabilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High-level networking and relationship-building skills.Willingness to travel across India and internationally as required.Skills Required
