About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic Growth Manager with a background in healthcare or medical knowledge to drive sales, manage client relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with an understanding of healthcare products, services, or solutions, ensuring effective communication with healthcare professionals and institutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the healthcare segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare institutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to medical professionals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and insights.
- Track and analyze sales metrics, preparing regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical sales practices.
- Mentor and guide junior sales staff (if applicable).
Requirements :
3–7 years of experience in sales, in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.Background in healthcare or medical education (MBBS, BDS, or similar) is a plus.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, stakeholders, and regulatory requirements.Ability to travel and meet clients as required.Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.What We Offer :
