Job Summary :
We are looking for a seasoned Regional Sales Manager (RSM) with deep expertise in high-ticket Loan Against Property (LAP) . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the NBFC or banking sector , a strong DSA network , and the ability to independently generate large-ticket LAP business (3 Cr 20 Cr) .
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive high-ticket LAP business through DSAs and direct channels
- Build and maintain a strong network of DSAs in the assigned region
- Independently manage the full sales cycle from sourcing to disbursal
- Maintain healthy business quality with adherence to compliance and credit norms
- Regularly interact with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing
Requirements :
10-15 years of experience in LAP sales, preferably with an NBFCStrong relationships with DSAs and HNI customer segmentsProven ability to generate and manage large-ticket LAP deals (3 Cr to 20 Cr)Self-motivated individual capable of working without a team (IC role)Good understanding of market dynamics, credit, and lending proceduresSkills Required
