Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead UI Developer to lead our front-end development team in creating visually appealing, responsive, and user-centric applications.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in modern web technologies, UI / UX best practices, and team leadership.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can design, code, mentor, and drive the development of high quality user interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional Roles & Responsibilities & Team Management :

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of UI developers to deliver high-quality front-end solutions.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of UI components and features.
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented environment within the team.

UI Development & Technical Ownership :

Architect, design, and develop responsive, accessible, and scalable web applications.

Take ownership of UI architecture, design patterns, and reusable components.

Translate wireframes, prototypes, and design assets into high-quality code.

Collaborate with UX / UI designers to ensure seamless implementation of visual & Best Practices :

Establish and enforce UI coding standards, code reviews, and best practices.

Optimize application performance, usability, and accessibility.

Collaborate with product managers, backend developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders for end-to-end delivery.

Ensure compatibility across different browsers, platforms, and & Continuous Improvement :

Stay updated with the latest front-end frameworks, tools, and UI / UX trends.

Recommend and implement innovative solutions to improve user experience.

Drive automation, CI / CD integration, and DevOps alignment in the front-end development Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

7- 10 years of professional experience in front-end / UI development.

2- 3 years of experience in a team lead or senior Skills :

Must Have :

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).

Expertise in modern UI frameworks / libraries such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

Experience in state management (Redux, Context API, NgRx, Vuex, etc.

Strong understanding of UI / UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG / ARIA).

Hands-on experience with REST APIs / GraphQL integration.

Proficiency with version control (Git / GitHub / GitLab).

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.), and Agile / Scrum to Have :

Knowledge of UI performance optimization and security best practices.

Exposure to TypeScript and Next.js / Nuxt.js.

Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

Experience in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerization (Docker, Skills :

Strong leadership, mentorship, and conflict-resolution skills.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Ability to balance hands-on coding with team management responsibilities
