✅ What We’re Looking For

7+ years in technical leadership with proven delivery track record.

Strong expertise in frontend & backend frameworks (React.js, Node.js, Next.js).

Hands-on with DevOps, CI / CD, containerization, monitoring tools .

Deep knowledge of secure coding (OWASP, encryption, compliance frameworks) .

Excellent communication, leadership & mentoring skills.
