Role and Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 3+ UI / UX designers, driving quality and timely delivery of design work.
- Collaborate with the CEO, Product Managers, and Game Designers to understand briefs and translate them into clutter-free, user-centric, trendy, and engaging UI for mobile games.
- Research and analyze top mobile games to stay updated on design best practices and industry trends.
- Design UI elements such as flows, menus, HUDs, iconography, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Create or refine wireframes, prototypes, and screen flows based on requirements or feedback.
- Ensure visual consistency, style, and CX obsession across all UI elements.
- Make informed design decisions independently, while presenting and defending design concepts effectively.
- Maintain alignment with gameplay experience and player engagement goals.
Background and Experience
6–7 years of experience in UI / UX design for mobile games / apps.Proven track record of leading a design team and shipping 10+ apps / games as a UI / UX Designer.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts, Interaction Design, HCI, or equivalent design field experience.Expertise with prototyping and design tools (Axure, Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator).Strong graphic design foundation (color theory, composition, typography).Knowledge or hands-on experience with Unity 3D is a plus.Excellent understanding of visual design principles, style guidelines, creative workflows, and UX optimization.Strong communication skills and ability to give / receive constructive feedback.Team player with passion for mobile gaming and detail-oriented mindset.Skills Required
