Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointmentsCoordinate travel arrangements and itinerariesPrepare internal and external communications, memos, presentations, and reportsHandle confidential information with discretionOrganize and maintain files and records, both physical and digitalTake meeting notes and follow up on action itemsAssist with office management tasks and special projects as neededServe as a liaison between the executive and internal / external stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyProfessional and strong interpersonal skillsWillingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentPreferred Skills
