Job Summary :

Auspro Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and driven Telesales Executives to join our international sales team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an international process—preferably targeting the Australian market—with a strong background in sales or appointment setting for solar energy projects. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to grow in a high-performance, target-oriented environment with a focus on the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients in Australia for solar solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant solar offerings effectively.
• Book qualified appointments for our solar consultants and partner teams.
• Manage and nurture leads in the CRM system, ensuring consistent follow-ups.
• Achieve and exceed daily / weekly / monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Handle objections and provide accurate product information.
• Report on call activity and results to the team lead or manager.
