Job Description : Telesales Executive
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our
team in a
stockbroking firm . The successful candidate will be responsible for
generating leads, pitching products and services, and building relationships with
existing and potential clients over the phone.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead Generation : Generate leads and identify potential clients through
outbound calls.
2. Product Pitching : Pitch products and services to clients, highlighting their
benefits and features.
3. Client Acquisition : Convert leads into clients by building relationships and
providing excellent customer service.
4. Data Management : Update client information and lead status in the CRM system.
5. Sales Targets : Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
6. Client Servicing : Respond to client queries, resolve issues, and provide timely
updates.
Requirements :
1. Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, telemarketing,
or a related field with multilingual ability.
2. Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Sales Skills : Proven ability to meet sales targets and generate new business
opportunities.
4. Product Knowledge : Basic knowledge of stock market products and services.
5. Technical Skills : Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
