Job Summary

We are hiring a

Technical Telesales Executive

to drive outbound engagement with U.S.-based IT decision-makers in the

cybersecurity domain . The role requires strong expertise in IT / cybersecurity sales, excellent U.S. English communication skills, and proven experience in generating qualified leads for pre-sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Engagement

Conduct outbound cold calls to U.S.-based prospects using VoIP, CRM, or automation tools.

Present tailored value propositions on cybersecurity solutions (MDR, SOC, SIEM, XDR, compliance, risk assessments).

Identify client pain points and qualify prospects as per the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

2. Lead Generation & Qualification

Generate, identify, and qualify potential clients using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.

Schedule product demos / meetings with pre-sales and sales teams.

Maintain structured call logs, update lead status, and prepare weekly / monthly reports.

3. Relationship Management

Build rapport with IT stakeholders and U.S.-based decision-makers.

Serve as the first-level technical touchpoint, escalating opportunities to the technical / pre-sales teams.

4. Product Knowledge & Market Research

Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, frameworks, and competitor offerings.

Understand client environments such as cloud, endpoints, and SIEM tools (Seceon, Splunk, Sentinel).

Required Qualifications

Minimum

2+ years of experience

in U.S. technical telesales / telecalling (preferably cybersecurity / managed IT services).

Strong proficiency in U.S. English (verbal & written) with a neutral / Americanized accent.

Knowledge of cybersecurity products and services (firewalls, SOC, SIEM, MDR, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST).

Hands-on CRM experience with lead qualification and reporting.

Willingness to work in U.S. time zones (EST / PST).

Bachelor’s degree in

Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity , or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with cybersecurity platforms such as

Seceon, Splunk, or Sentinel .

Certifications :

CompTIA Security+ , ISO 27001 Foundation, or Inside Sales certifications.

Experience working with

MSSPs or SOC environments .
