Job descriptionHandle customer inquiries through chat, email, calls, and WhatsApp with a Understand customer requirements and provide personalized jewelry Share product details, pricing, and offers with potential clients, ensuring Work closely with the marketing team to provide insights on customer Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales conversion targets. Assist with after-sales support, including order tracking, payment coordination, Stay updated with jewelry trends, collections, and industry insights to pitch Proven sales conversion skills with at least 2+ years in online sales / customer Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus). Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads / customers simultaneously. Customer-first attitude with a focus on building trust and long-term relations. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years’ experience in online sales (jewelry, luxury, or e-commerce
