Key Responsibilities :
Team and Project Management :
- Lead and manage infrastructure teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate and oversee multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
Technical Expertise hands-on experience in at least one of the following core infrastructure domains :
1. Database : Oracle 19c RAC, Golden Gate, OEM, etc.
2. Middleware : Oracle WebLogic, OHS.
Provide technical guidance and solutions to team members and stakeholders.ITIL Practices and ITSM Framework :
Apply ITIL best practices to manage incidents, changes, and problem management processes.Ensure compliance with ITIL framework and its components.Project Management Tools and Processes :
Utilize project management tools for tracking progress, reporting, and communication.Follow standardized processes for planning, execution, and closure of projects.Coordination and Collaboration :
Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align project objectives with business goals.Required Skills and Qualifications :
Proven experience in at least one core infrastructure domain such as OS, Middleware, Network, or Database, with a preference for Middleware domain expertiseComprehensive knowledge of ITIL framework and its componentsDemonstrated experience in managing infrastructure projects using industry-standard tools and processesAbility to manage and mentor teams, ensuring high performance and professional growth.Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting(ref : hirist.tech)
