Role Summary : As a CDP Of Awadhi Cuisine at Food Whisperer, you’ll lead a specific kitchen section—Mughlai Cuisine / Awadhi Cuisine, and ensure every dish meets the brand’s high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Section Management : Independently manage Awadhi Cuisine kitchen section with precision and ownership.
- Cooking & Presentation : Prepare dishes per standard recipes; ensure mise en place is ready for smooth service.
- Quality Control : Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation; check freshness and storage.
- Inventory & Waste Management : Monitor stock, report shortages, minimize waste, and ensure proper labeling and storage.
Requirements
5–8 years of professional kitchen experience in Awadhi Cuisine OnlyStrong grasp of culinary techniques, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations.Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain quality during busy service.Culinary certification preferred but not mandatory.
