Interviews : Will be conducted in Dubai
What You'll Do :
Support the Executive Chef in launching and running the Lebanese kitchen section
Lead day-to-day kitchen operations with a strong focus on quality and authenticity
Drive culinary excellence while maintaining cost control and hygiene standards
Engage in PR and promotional activities , representing the brand in media and public events
Train and lead a kitchen team to deliver consistently high standards
Play a hands-on role in the pre-opening phase , from kitchen setup to menu planning
What Were Looking For :
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie in Lebanese or Middle Eastern cuisine
Proven pre-opening experience is a must
Strong communication and leadership skills
Energetic personality with a flair for hospitality and public engagement
Willingness to relocate to Bangalore for the contract period
