We are seeking a dynamic and strategic B2B Sales Head to lead and expand our Digital Gift Voucher business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing enterprise-level partnerships, driving revenue growth, and leading end-to-end sales operations — from hunting and pitching to closing and execution.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales leader with deep expertise in the Fintech, Payment Solutions, or Loyalty space, who can combine strategy with execution to scale B2B sales across industries.

1. B2B Sales Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement a robust B2B sales strategy targeting corporate clients and enterprise partners.
• Identify new industries, market segments, and business opportunities for digital gift voucher solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline through continuous lead generation and qualification.

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

✅ Minimum 10 years of proven experience in B2B and Enterprise Sales within Fintech, Payment, Loyalty, Gift Voucher, Retail, or E-commerce industries

✅ Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

✅ Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

✅ Strategic thinker with analytical ability and a results-oriented mindset

✅ Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor sales teams

✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion
