Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both
IT and non-IT roles
Handle
domestic and international hiring
, including working with global clients and teams.
Utilize platforms like
LinkedIn Recruiter
, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals to source top talent.
Manage a small team of recruiters – mentor, support, and ensure successful delivery of hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers and international stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver quality candidates.
Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Track and report recruitment metrics and pipeline health.
Key Requirements : 3 to 6 years
of proven experience in recruitment (both IT & Non-IT).
Prior exposure to
international hiring
is a must.
Experience in using
LinkedIn Recruiter
and other major job portals effectively.
Ability to
lead and manage
a team of junior recruiters.
Strong communication skills – written and verbal – with a professional demeanor to engage with
international clients
Comfortable working in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to
join within 30 days
maximum.
