Job Title : BPO Recruiter

Location : Gurgaon

Experience : 2–5 years

Job Responsibilities :

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for voice and technical / non-technical BPO roles for USA AND CANADA market.

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, initial screening, scheduling interviews, and offer negotiations.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.

Use job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels to attract suitable candidates.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.

Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability (communication skills, accent, customer service orientation, etc.).

Ensure smooth onboarding process and candidate joining within timelines.

Meet daily / weekly / monthly hiring targets.

Key Skills Required :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Shine, , etc.).

Ability to handle volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.

Good understanding of BPO industry requirements (voice,international).

Negotiation and convincing skills.

Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PPT).

Qualifications :

Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).

Relevant recruitment experience in BPO industry .
