Job Title : HR Recruiter (Overseas Recruitment)

Location : Faridabad, Haryana

Industry : Overseas Manpower Supply (Construction, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG & Retail, Hospitality, Facility Management)

Job Responsibilities :

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per the overseas client’s manpower requirements.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process for overseas placements — from sourcing to final selection.
  • Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, documentation, and travel procedures.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with applicants to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate database for multiple industry verticals.
  • Coordinate with the operations and documentation team for visa processing and mobilization support.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to understand their manpower requirements.
  • Prepare job postings, conduct telephonic interviews, and maintain recruitment reports.

Requirements :

  • Education : Graduate in any discipline (BBA / PGDM in HR preferred).
  • Experience : Minimum 1–3 years of experience in overseas recruitment or similar role.
  • Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with recruitment for Construction, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, FMCG, Hospitality, and Facility Management sectors.
  • Skills : Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, strong sourcing ability, and proactive approach in candidate management.
  • Computer Skills : Proficiency in MS Office, job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), and social media recruitment tools.
