Job Title : Regional Manager – Sales
Qualification : MBA or equivalent professional qualification
Experience : Minimum 10 years of proven experience in sales of Mutual Funds / PMS, with a strong track record of leading and managing teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive Mutual Fund and PMS sales across the assigned region through B2B channels (Internal and External).
Achieve defined monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets along with AUM growth objectives.
Develop, strategize, and implement region-specific sales plans aligned with overall business goals.
Conduct regular sales reviews, partner meetings, and training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external distribution partners.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Unit Managers to ensure performance excellence and capability development.
Track market trends to identify growth opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards in all sales activities.
