What You’ll Do :
Drive Growth : Responsible for negotiating and finalizing AMC contracts, obtaining necessary approvals, collecting orders, submitting proforma invoices, and ensuring timely payments. Also accountable for validating CBO expiry data to retain AMC customers, drive warranty conversions, and submit customer proposals.
Contract Activation & Coordination : Send validation details to CBO for contract activation and closely monitor the process to ensure timely activation of contracts. Additionally, issue work orders to associates and coordinate with relevant teams for accurate and timely invoice generation
Billing & Payment Management : Submit invoices in accordance with the defined Terms of Payment (TOP), ensuring accuracy and compliance. Proactively follow up for timely payment collection and maintain updated payment records for effective tracking and reconciliation.
Customer Relationship Management : Conduct regular PR visits and follow-up calls to strengthen customer relationships and enhance engagement. Identify customer requirements and provide customized proposals to PEP customers to drive business growth and retention.
Business Development & Tender Participation : Identify and evaluate new AMC opportunities, preparing customized proposals to meet customer requirements. Actively participate in tenders for AMC contracts to expand business reach and drive revenue growth. Increasing dace value in the market by meeting more new customers and data base.
