Job description
  • Drive enterprise customer acquisition and revenue generation in the assigned region
  • Build and manage relationships with CXOs, IT decision-makers, and procurement teams
  • Conduct solution walkthroughs, product demonstrations, and consultative sales engagements
  • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver value-based proposals
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive funnel management
  • Candidate Qualifications :

    Criteria Requirement :

    • Education BE in Engineering (Electronics / IT / Instrumentation preferred) or Post Graduate
    • Experience 4-5 years in B2B or Enterprise Sales; preference for Auto-ID or hardware sales
    • Mobility Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone
    • Skills Solution selling, consultative approach, stakeholder engagement, territory coverage
