Role Overview

The Senior Client Servicing Executive will act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, managing projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong relationships to drive satisfaction and business growth.

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and Bandish Productions.
• Build, maintain, and grow strong client relationships.
• Understand client expectations and ensure smooth communication.
• Handle client escalations professionally and offer timely solutions.
